I am a real estate negotiator covering mainly Puchong/ Bukit Jalil, Gombak and nearby areas. I also have new development projects in Gombak & Sg. Buloh.
Considered very new to this field, I started to involve seriously into this line of business in 2005. But property line is not new to me as I have been dealing with property issues since 2001. Actually I worked in a law firm since 2001, but from 2005 till now I joined a new law firm as "partners". In the firm I have been involved in (some ways) many sale & purchase agrements/ issues.
